Twice a year, more than 100 volunteers gather to participate in the BIA’s Boxes from Builders effort. 250 care packages that are shipped to a military unit serving in Kosovo or Afghanistan.

The care packages included notes from school children and members of the BIA, as well as snacks, treats, personal care items, reading materials and other comforts from home. This volunteer effort has become a favorite of the BIA membership and has grown larger each time.
