Government Affairs Area Councils

The North State Building Industry Association's government affairs councils are action groups whose purpose it to advocate on public policy issues that relate to land development and homebuilding in our region.

Whether it involves important land use policies, fee increases, unreasonable exactions or other harmful policies that affect the homebuilding industry, our legislative advocates bring experience, knowledge and industry perspective to these important discussions.
